Do you finance film production?
Not Yet. However, many of our partners are interested in the film industry. We are actively assembling a network of investors with the goal of financing various entertainment projects.
Are you a Bank or Credit Union?
We are an Independent Mortgage Brokerage Firm "Finder Financial Services Ltd. "The Movie Mortgage" is a basket of products assembled by "FFSL" to suit the entertainment professional's needs. We will either look for the right product for you at one of Canada's dozens of lending institutions, or we could create a loan structure to suit your needs, that no single bank or credit Union has the flexibility of doing.
Where do you lend?
Anywhere in Canada. We also can find you financing South of the border, through our network in the U.S.
Which Banks do you deal with?
Most lending organizations that lend in your geographic area. Credit Unions, Trusts, Chartered Banks, lenders you may have never heard of, most of which will only deal with a Broker like us. We also place private mortgages. Our edge is in packaging your deal with the right lender, in a way that suits your needs and lifestyle.
How much will this service cost?
In most cases, when we place your loan with a financial institution, the lender will pay us a finder's fee. In case you require products or services that do not come with a finder fee, we will inform you ahead of time of the fee we would charge before we commence the paperwork.
